平板电脑申请FCC认证对说明书的要求

说明书要加以下警语。  FCC STATEMENT . 
1．This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. 
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and 
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including  interference that may cause undesired operation. 
2. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. 
遇到Bluetooth, wifi，还有要做DOC的产品时先问一下项目工程师在要求客户改
  标签： 要有ID号，和警语：

标签的位置要在产品不可拆卸和被其他所覆盖的地方

要明确标出晶振的频率和位置并且和电路图上的晶振的平率和位置保持一致
电路图：    
无线模块的电路图要正确并详细,整机的电路图也要有
工作原理描述：   要用英文的见PDF模板。
遇到Bluetooth, wifi的产品时先问一下项目工程师在要求客户改
以上的资料全部要用英文，资料中不能有乱码。 
美国申请商新申请时，要提供税务登记号。 
授权信和保密协议： 
由业务找客户要到手签名后项目工程师自己做，客户的签名和职位要和申请商上的保持一致
